Online donations are processed securely through Stripe. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at dorothyohenewa@yahoo.com within 14 days.
Counselling Services
Counselling sessions booked through this site are subject to the fee schedule and cancellation terms shown on the Counselling page. Sessions are confidential and delivered in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.
Volunteering
Volunteers are expected to act in accordance with our values of compassion, integrity, and respect for the communities we serve. Specific commitments will be agreed directly with our team.
